Upon joining the team, my primary objective centered around facilitating the transition of our website from Hubspot to Webflow. I played a pivotal role in crafting wireframes, fine-tuning site elements, and immersing myself in the intricacies of Webflow. Over time, I assumed full ownership of the website within my role, and created over 15+ page designs. Simultaneously, I efficiently managed the design team with weekly 1:1s, mentoring, project critiques, prioritization, and conflict resolution all while executing on big picture company goals.
