Campaigns

I am responsible for the creation and design of all email graphics, encompassing various product campaigns, software updates, key features, webinar announcements, and monthly newsletters. Additionally, I craft visually compelling graphics for prospect outreach, meticulously developing custom branded dashboard screens for our flagship product. These illustrations not only showcase our highly-customized approach but also serve as a key differentiator, reinforcing our unique position in the market.

Process

Our team organized our workload in Asana and we request 1-2 weeks turnaround time, although at times I need to urgently pull together graphics for a last-minute email send, which I'm always happy to accomodate. I collaborate closely with the Demand Generation Marketing Manager to fine-tune the design and seamlessly implement it within HubSpot.

Results

We have goals around MQLs and an open rate of greater that 30% for most emails, and I personally have goals around click-through rates for animated email headers I create. We frequently A/B test animated vs. non-animated graphics and find that the animated versions most often get more engagement and clicks.
